Description

This mod tries to curb AI and player expansion.

Features

Going over gov cap brings dangerous penalties while being under it reduces unrest
Corruption is deadlier and can bring countries to ruin
Territories have a +5 unrest modifier
Having higher number of provinces increases AE as nations perceive you as a threat
Unaccepted cultures now have unrest for their discrimination
Great powers on the same continent have a dislike for each other as they view each other as threats
States are a bit more expensive
Coring takes a bit longer to complete
