Solution 1

The Lumen Global Illumination and Reflections from Unreal Engine 5 impacts heavily on the game perfomance.

Change the lumen settings to SSGI and Screen Space Reflections

Solution 2

Don't use the AMD FSR3 Frame generation, and only use the compatible settings with your system.

Solution 3

Select the Super Resolution option compatible with your system, then put it in Ultra Performance Mode.

Lower the graphics quality settings.

If after those solutions you keep a low perfomance:

Reduce your resolution and resolution scale.

I'm very sorry this guide did not work for me. I have a ryzen 5 2400G PC with 16GB ram and GTX 1660S. And the guide even made it worse and there were some settings that were not available for me.
