Fragment 1 – Gogmagog Fragment Alpha – Obtained through the story upon defeating Gogmagog for the first time.

Fragment 2 – Gogmagog Fragmebt Beta – Obtained through the story upon defeating Gogmagog for the second time.

Fragment 3 – Heart Prism – Obtained by doing the quest to find medical supplies for a lady on the beach near the city. The supplies are inside an item box up in the hills. Bring them back to her to receive this Fragment. The 3 on the map indicates the location of the supplies.

Fragment 4 – Graviton Core Alpha – Obtained as part of a story quest. The quest begins in Academia 4XX. Hope will ask you to find the graviton cores. The first is found on a small metal pad close to the time gate. Use Mogs ability to bring the fragment into synch. The 4 on the map indicated the location of this fragment.

Fragment 1 – Cartesian Board – On the far right of the map, on the raised piece of land is an out of synch box. It is behind the wood. Synch it with Mog, then toss him back there to grab it. The 1 on the map indicates its location.

Fragment 2 – Laplacian Board – Walk to the bottom left corner of the map. Hug the wall and Mog will spot something. The box is out of synch, floating a little ways out of your reach. Synch it, toss Mog and acquire this Fragment. The 2 on the map shows its location.

Fragment 3 – Hope's Message – Inside an out of synch chest on the left area of the map you will find an item along with this Fragment. The 3 on the map indicates the items location.

Fragment 4 – Noel's Message – Return after beating the game and walk to the far left side of the map to see a floating crystal. Touch it to receive this Fragment. The 4 on the map indicates its location.

Fragment 5 – Serah's Message – Return after beating the game to find this. It is just to the left of the log you jump off when exiting the time gate on the right side of the map. The 5 on the map marks its location.

Fragment 1 – Transcript : Beneath A Timeless Sky – Activate your Paradox skill and lock the Academia 4XX gate. Enter and go through as you normally would of. Give Alyssa the cores, then travel through the gate. Complete the Yeul sequence and get to the Caius fight. Kill this new version and once you do you will unlock this new zone. Travel there to receive a scene and this Fragment.

Fragment 1 – Vanille's Fruit – After talking to Vanille and Fang during the dream sequence, look around the crater for this Fragment before leaving the zone.

Fragment 2 – Fang's Crown – After talking to Vanille and Fang during the dream sequence, look around the crater for this Fragment before leaving the zone.

Fragment 3 – Transcript: Fate And Freedom – Activate your Paradox Scope skill and redo the dream sequence. When Lightning asks you to stay with her say yes to receive this Fragment.

Fragment 1 – Atlas Fragment – Received through the story upon killing the full sized Atlas.

Fragment 2 – Ghast Fragment – Received by completing the quest to kill a Cie'th. This quest can acquired by talking to one of the army NPC's who are standing around the first time gate you come across. The Cie'th itself will be a tough battle if this your first time in the zone. He casts a very damaging Fira spell so be cautious. Slow and steady work using paradigm shifts to heal and mitigate fire damage can bring you the victory. Refer to the map for the location of the Ghast.

Fragment 3 – Delicate Crystal – Received by completing your first time labyrinth. Before the Atlas fight head towards the optional control mechanism and this event will trigger. Complete it to receive the fragment.

Fragment 4 – Vita Lyrica – Received from the guard outside the cell you are initially held in. You must find the duplicate comms device and return it to him. It can be found behind the locked holding cell door. The key for this door is outside floating by the Atlas hand. It will be marked on the map. Toss mog, get the key then go to the holding cell and unlock the door. Go through and you will quickly see a item box that you must use mog to resynchronize. Bring the item back to receive the Fragment. This quest seems to only open up upon completion of Fragment 7.

Fragment 5 – Anima Miseria – Can be obtained from Jed after taking out the full version of Atlas. To get the flower you must activate an optional time gate using a Wild Artefact. This will unlock Bresha 300AF where everything is covered in snow. Go to this new Bresha and proceed to the same spot Jed was in Bresha 5AF. There you will find the flower. Return it to Jed to receive the Fragment.

Fragment 6 – Unio Mystica - Obtained by completing the quest to find two missing medicine capsules for the soldier in red. He will be standing along the path to Atlas. The capsules will be in item boxes around the environment. Very easy to find with some minor side exploring. The number 6 on the map refers to the location of the two Medicine Capsules.

Fragment 7 – Ars Symphonica – Given to you by Cordelia near the Atlas hand. Simply go to the small tech center near the Atlas hand and use Mogs powers to cause the item box to come into synch. Bring the item back to Cordelia to receive the Fragment. Available after you've dispatched the full sized Atlas. The 7 on the map refers to the location of her notes.

Fragment 8 – Gravitron Core Beta - Obtained as part of a story quest. The quest begins in Academia 4XX. Hope will ask you to find the graviton cores. This core is found in an area that can only be accessed by Chocobo. Take him to the top of the large staircase that is just before the first time gate you would fine in this zone. The number 8 on the map points to where you should take the Chocobo. There you must run of a ramp like piece of stone and fly into this little section of map that is on the left of the staircase, if you are looking down it. Once you land Mog will run off to the fragment and you simply have to use his ability to synch it up. Refer to the map for more information.

Fragment 1 – Kalavinka Fragment – After completing Fragment 6 this boss will spawn. Kill him to receive the Fragment. The 1 on the map indicates the boss location.

Fragment 2 – Ruthenium Ring – Start this quest by talking to the man in the middle of the map, on the right side. He will say he is admiring a warrior. Talk to the warrior and compliment him multiple times to receive the Fragment. The 2 on the map indicates their location.

Fragment 3 – Rhodium Ring – After completing the other Fragments, talk to the man in the graveyard by the time gate. He will want his device from the future. Travel to Bresha 300 AF, go to the graveyard and click on the toy. Return the item to the man to receive this Fragment. The 3 on the map indicates its location.

Fragment 4 – Palladium Ring – You receive this quest from a lady near to where you first jump into zone. The weapon parts she is after can be found near Chocolina at the top of the map, in the tunnels. Return them to her to receive your Fragment. The 4 on the map indicates the parts location.

Fragment 5 – Osmium Ring – This quest is started from a man standing near the entrance to the tunnel system in the middle of the map, on the left side. His assistant is in the tunnel system behind him. Use Mog to synch him, retrieve the notes and bring them back to the man. The 5 on the map indicates the assistants location.

Fragment 6 – Adamantite Ring – Complete Fragment 1 of Bresha Ruins 300 Af. Bring the passwords to Porter, the man in front of the Atlas device to receive this Fragment. The 6 on the map indicates the location.

Fragment 1 – Control Device Password 2 – To start this quest, do Yaschif Massif 110AF Fragment 1. After getting the first password, travel to this time, and go to the Atlas device. Talk to the man in front of it, then talk to the device. Solve the time puzzle to receive this Fragment. The 1 on the map indicates the devices location.

Fragment 2 – Iridium Ring – Go to the graveyard and synch the shadow man. Then travel into the tunnels in the middle of the map. Find his friend and make him laugh a few times. Get his notes then bring them back to the man in the graveyard to get this Fragment. The 2 on the map indicates his friends location.

Fragment 3 – Platinum Ring – Talk to the man on the stairs near where you first warp in. He will ask for a recording device. It is found near the top of the map in the square area to the left of Chocolina. Use Mog to bring it into synch then return it to the man on the stairs. The 3 on the map marks its location.

Fragment 4 – Mythril Ring – Speak to the man in the tunnels to start this quest, then head up top to the large staircase near where you first warped in. There will be a soldier NPC to talk to who goes by the name of Commander. He will give you a report that you then bring back to the original quest giver. Once all is done you will receive this Fragment. The 4 on the map marks the quest givers location.

Fragment 1 – Aloeidai Fragment – Received through the story upon killing the boss Aloeidai.

Fragment 2 – Pathos Jewel – This can be found floating near the large statues head inside the ruins. Get Mog near the rail and use his synch ability on it, then toss him over to grab it. The 2 on the map shows its location.

Fragment 3 – Misery's Bead – Received from a lady near the spot lights. She asks you to kill a Behemeth and return its fang. Obviously this can only be done when you feel you are able to kill them. For reference I had 2 level 99 classes on Serah when I attempted this and was easily able to take a Behemeth down. Bring the fang back to her to receive your Fragment.

Fragment 4 – Amur's Sphere – This quest can be received from the man at the bottom of the stairs near Hope. He will ask to find an old battery. Travel to Yaschas Massif AF 01X. Go to the spot where the man would normally stand and go to his left a bit. There are some large red crates and behind them, the battery. Toss Mog to grab it, then travel back to Yaschas Massif AF 010 and return it to the man to receive your Fragment.

Fragment 5 – Innocence's Sacred Sphere – Receive the quest from a lady near the Chocobo within the ruins. She is at the bottom of the small staircase behind the Chocobo. Then travel Yaschas Massif AF 110. Once there travel to the middle of the map, at the top portion of the mountain range. There you must throw mog at an item chest. The number 5 on the map shows where the item chest is. Return the item to the lady back in Yaschas Massif AF 10 to receive this fragment.

Fragment 1 – Gorgyra Fragment – Receive this quest from one of the workers in the ruins. Then proceed to the south end of the map to encounter the monster. It is not an easy fight, recommend having multiple classes at 99. Kill it and you will receive this Fragment. The 1 on the map indicates the monsters position.

Fragment 2 – Orb Of Clotho – Talk to a researcher in the ruins. He will ask you to find a Tablet of Paddra. Head to Yaschas Massif 10 AF, and look in the spotlight area for this item. It will be near a wall. Grab it and return it to him to receive this Fragment. The 2 on the map marks where you would find it in Yaschas 10AF.

Fragment 3 – Sword of Lachesis – This quest is obtained from a lady at the top of the spotlight area. You must use a Chocobo to jump up to her. She will ask for a flower that can only be found in darkness. So travel to Yaschas Massif 10 Af. Go to the same spot you talked to her to find the flower. Bring it back to her to receive the Fragment. The 3 on the map indicates he location.

Fragment 4 – Mirror Of Atropos – A researcher in the ruins will ask you to find 3 shooting stars. They are located in various spots so consult the map for their location. Bring all three back to the man to receive this Fragment. The 4's on the map show where to look.

Fragment 1 – Schwertleite's Flower – Available after Fragment 3. Talk to the red orb near the bottom of the map. He will ask for a comm's device. You can find it near a rock slightly south of Chocolina. Use Mog to bring it into synch then return it to the orb for your fragment. The 1 on the map indicates the items location.

Fragment 2 – Helmwige's Nightshade – Talk to red orb inside the ruins. He will ask you to retrieve a picture frame. The frame is located slightly south of Chocolina. Grab it then return to the orb to receive the Fragment. The 2 on the map indicates the frames location.

Fragment 3 – Siegrune's Spiritbloom – This can only be done after Fragment 2. Talk to the red orb south of Chocolina. It will ask for its true potential. Bring it a flower bulb. The bulb is located inside the ruins, in the tech center where you normally would see Hope. Use Mog to synch the item box, grab it and return to the orb to receive the Fragment. The 3 on the map indicates the items location.

Fragment 4 – Rossweisse Skyblossom – This can only be done after Fragment 1.Talk to the orb that is south a bit and to the west of Chocolina, near the spotlight area. It will ask for a tablet. The tablet is found in the ruins, beneath the walkaway around the statue head. The 4 on the map will indicate where. Bring it back to the orb to receive this Fragment.

Fragment 5 – Book of Shambala – This quest becomes available after completing all the red orb quests. Go to the distortion in the ruins and solve the time puzzle. Upon completion you will receive this Fragment.

Fragment 6 – Book of Valhalla – Obtained by resolving the time puzzle in at the bottom of the map.

Fragment 7 – Graviton Core Epsilon - Obtained as part of a story quest. The quest begins in Academia 4XX. Hope will ask you to find the graviton cores. This core is found in the spot light area. It is roughly in the middle, near the rift in the ground.

Fragment 1 – Control Device Password 1 – This is a lengthy quest that begins in Bresha 100AF. After completing Fragments 2-5 in Bresha 100, go to the Atlas control device and speak to the man about the passwords. Now travel to Yashchas Massif 100 AF. Talk to Uma, a lady standing where Hope normally would. Now travel to Yaschas Massif 110 AF. Head down the path south of Chocolina to find a shadow man. Use Mog to synch him, and tell him his name, Mr.Thorne. Upon doing so you will receive the fragment. The 1 on the map indicates Thorne's location.

Fragment 2 – Ugallu Fragment – Upon completing the other Fragments, a red orb will appear near Chocolina. Talk to it to spawn this monster. It is a high level so be cautious. Upon killing the monster you will receive this Fragment. The 2 on the map indicates the orbs location.

Fragment 3 – Waltraute's Flower – This quest is obtained from the red orb in the ruins. After talking with it you can find the manual near to where Hope normally would be. Then take it to the technician who is at the northern end of the spotlight area. You will need to jump up here using a Chocobo. Tell him you read the manual to receive his notes, and return the notes to the orb for your Fragment. The 3 on the map shows where the technician can be found.

Fragment 4 – Girhildes Blossom – Talk to the red orb in the middle of the ruins. Then proceed to the middle of the map roughly and you will find a red shadow figure. Use Mog to synch her then talk with her to receive an item. Return it to the red orb to receive this fragment.

Fragment 5 – Ortlinde's Bloom – This quest is available after Fragment 3. Go to the red orb at the top of the ruins, above where Hope normally is found. He will ask for proof which can be found in the spotlight area, near the center where the tear in the ground is. Bring it back to the orb to receive this Fragment. The 5 on the map points to its location.

Fragment 6 – Book of Avalon – The quest for this Fragment will become active after completing Fragments 3-5. Solve the time puzzle to receive the Fragment. The time puzzle is in the lower left of the map, the 6 on the map shows where exactly.

Fragment 1 – Time's Stardust - Received upon completing the mandatory time labyrinth upon reaching this zone.

Fragment 2 – Times Shell – Received upon completing the second time labyrinth in this zone.

Fragment 3 – Time's Coral – Received upon completing the third time labyrinth in this zone.

Fragment 4 – Giant's Egg – Go behind the time gate you first used to enter this zone. Use Mog's ability to make everything synch up and this fragment will appear.

Fragment 5 – Graviton Core Gamma – Obtained as part of a story quest. The quest begins in Academia 4XX. Hope will ask you to find the graviton cores. This core is found on top of the building near to where Chocolina stands. Grab a Chocobo and jump to the roof than have Mog use his ability to synch up the Fragment. The 5 on the map indicates the fragments location on the rooftop.

Fragment 1 – Spinning Moonstone – Obtained by completing the time puzzle on the left side of the map. The 1 on the map indicates the puzzles location.

Fragment 2 – Sparkling Runestone – Obtained by completing the time puzzle that is in the bottom right area of the map. The 2 on the map indicates its location.

Fragment 3 – Astonishing Limestone – Obtained by completing the time puzzle that is at the top of the large staircase leading towards the beach. The 3 on the map marks its location.

Fragment 4 – Thrilling Milestone – Obtained by completing the time puzzle that is across from the optional time gate along the road. The 4 on the map marks the puzzles location.

Fragment 5 – Lovely Starstone – Head slightly south west of the Chocobo on the beach. When you near a staircase, Mog will run off. Use his synch ability to find this time puzzle, complete it and obtain the Fragment. The 5 on the map marks the puzzles location.

Fragment 6 – Bubbly Stone – Along the beach there will be a spot Mog rushes towards. Synch it and complete the time puzzle to receive this Fragment. The 6 on the map indicates the puzzles location.

Fragment 7 – Scorching Firestone – This time puzzle appears after solving the others around this zone. Complete the puzzle to receive this Fragment. The 7 on the map indicates the puzzles location.

Fragment 8 – Dewy Bloodstone – Found by completing the time puzzle in the middle of the map. The 8 on the map indicates the puzzles location.

Fragment 9 – Mossy Rosetta Stone – This puzzle appears after solving Fragment 7. Solve this time puzzle to receive the Fragment. The 9 on the map indicates the puzzles location.

Fragment 1 – Bittersweet Chiffon – Found by completing the time puzzle that is just a little north east of Chocolina. The 1 on the map marks its location.

Fragment 2 – Tremulous Muffin – Found inside the time puzzle that is near the bottom of the map, slightly to the east of the main road. The 2 on the map marks its location.

Fragment 3 – Beloved Cinnamon – Found by completing the time puzzle that is furthest out on the beach, nearest the water. The 3 on the map shows its location.

Fragment 4 – Selfish Pancake – This puzzle if found on the pathway just above the beach. Head towards the fallen white cylinder object and you will see it. Solve it to obtain this Fragment. The 4 on the map marks its location.

Fragment 5 – Farewell Madeleine – This Fragment is found by completing the time puzzle that is just a few steps forward after warping into this zone through the time gate. The 5 on the map marks its location.

Fragment 6 – Teatime Mont Blanc – Found by completing the hidden time puzzle atop the building where you fought Caius in a different time. The 6 on the map indicates its location.

Fragment 7 – Dishonest Mille-feuille – Slightly to the south east of Chocolina is a building, go in and Mog will sense something. Synch this time puzzle and complete it to receive the Fragment. The 7 on the map marks its location.

Fragment 8 – Pink Parfait – found by completing the time puzzle on the beach, near the stairs. This one is longer then most so be ready. The 8 on the map indicates its location.

Fragment 9 – Graviton Core Zera – Found along the waterline of the beach. Mog will not sense it when you are close so keep an eye out for it. Synch it and grab it. The 9 on the map marks its location.

Fragment 1 – Transcript : Vanille's Truth – Return to Oerba 200 with the Paradox skill active. Fight Caius again, he will be stronger this time, and kill him. After the fight you can access this new zone. Enter and after the scene you will receive this Fragment.

Fragment 1 – White Hole Gem – Received through the story upon entering the Coliseum for the first time.

Fragment 1 – Black Hole Gem – After the Wool Quest this one will open up. Make the weather sunny by moving both levers down on the weather control machine. When you walk out to the location of the monster you will find a Long Gui in your way. Go back to the weather machine and move the right lever so that it becomes cloudy and the lightning will scare off the Long Gui. Head back and defeat the boss to obtain this Fragment.

Fragment 2 – Goblin Fragment – Receive a quest from Tipur upon meeting with the nomads for the first time. You will have to kill some goblins which will be marked on your map. Upon doing this you will receive the Fragment.

Fragment 3 – Fragment of Invincibility – After completing all other Fragments, aside from 6, you will have a new dialogue option in the Nomad Camp. Talk to the lady down the stairs from the weather machine. Set the weather to windy and go to the location on your map. Kill the machine to get this Fragment.

Fragment 4 – Ochu Fragment – After completing all the Cactuar stones, and killing the 3 Gigantuars, go to the Nomad Camp and talk to the man near the weather machine. Turn the weather to rainy and head to the marsh to find the Ochu. Kill it to receive this Fragment. The 4 on the map marks his location.

Fragment 5 – Long Gui Fragment – Make the weather sunny and go kill the Long Gui that spawns. This is a tough battle, multiple 99 classes will be needed. Upon his defeat you receive this Fragment. The 5 on the map shows his location.

Fragment 6 – Yomi Fragment – After completing Fragment 3, talk to the man by the weather machine to start this quest. Take a Chocobo out to the rock, jump onto it then get off the Chocobo to initiate battle. This is a tough fight, one of the hardest in game so be prepared. Upon its defeat you will receive this Fragment.

Fragment 7 – The Wolly Stone – After finishing the Goblin quest, this one will be right outside and down the ramp. The three sheep needed for the quest will be found in the grassy area outside the nomad camp. Return to the lady to receive the stone.

Fragment 8 – Crimson Crystal – Slightly south of the nomad camp is a red Cactuar stone. Touch it and investigate it to receive this Fragment. The 8 on the map indicates the stones location.

Fragment 9 – Azure Crystal – Proceed to the south of the nomad camp till you are nearly at the bottom of the map. There you will find a red Cactuar statue. Touch it and investigate it further to receive this Fragment. The 9 on the map indicates the stones location.

Fragment 10 – Forest Crystal – Obtained by touching the yellow Cactuar stone at the south of the map. It will only appear in windy weather. The 10 on the map marks its location.

Fragment 11 – Amber Crystal – Obtained by touching the red Cactuar statue on the west side of the map. It is the most nothern of the two. Only available if you have touched the yellow stone, have a Chocobo, or the super jump. The 11 on the map marks the stones location.

Fragment 12 – Violet Crystal – Head to the west, and touch the red Cactuar stone. It is the southern one of the two. The 12 on the map marks its location. Only available if you have touched the yellow stone, have a Chocobo, or the super jump.

Fragment 1 – Transcript : A Giant Mistake – Received upon entering the zone. This zone is only available after beating the game. You must activate your Paradox Scope, then travel to Bresha 5 AF. Kill Atlas with the Paradox skill active so that history is altered and this zone will unlock.

Fragment 1 – Mutantomato Fragment – Received upon killing the boss after you have weakened him and he is green. (Look into this)

Fragment 2 – Extraordinary Egg – Found just south of the Chocobo. Take the vine so that you are on its south end, then jump down and the ledges and follow the short path, along the right wall you will see the Fragment floating in mid air, toss Mog to get it. The 2 on the map shows its location.

Fragment 1 – Miniflan Fragment – Upon saving the 5th Flan you will trigger this event. Go take care of the Flan problem to receive this Fragment. The 1 on the map indicates the location of the group.

Fragment 2 – Lapis Lazuli – This can be found after the scene with the Flans. Mog will instantly run over and if you use his synch, it will cause a small Flan to appear and you will get this Fragment. The 2 on the map indicates his location

Fragment 3 – Heliodor Ore – The Flan for this one can be found just above the ones for Fragment 2. Take the vine on the left to land on a small piece of land with blue Flans on it. Use Mogs synch ability to make him appear to receive this Fragment. The 3 on the map shows the Flans location.

Fragment 4 – Carnelian – Slightly to the north west of Chocolina you will find a stray flan. Synch him using Mog to receive this Fragment. The 4 on the map indicates its location.

Fragment 5 – Celestine – This stray Flan is found a little south east of Chocolina. Use Mog to bring it into synch and you will claim this Fragment. The 5 on the map shows the stray Flans location.

Fragment 6 – Cosmo Aura – Found at the bottom of the map where you will see a group of white Flans. Use Mogs synch ability to cause the little Flan to appear and you will get this Fragment. The 6 on the map indicates the Flans location.

Fragment 7 – Graviton Core Eta – This core can be found in the same location you fought the Giant Flan with Snow. It is on the slightly raised platform. Use Mog to synch it and pick it up. The 7 on the map shows its location.

Fragment 1 – Transcript : Mog's Marvelous Flan Plan – Return to Sunleth Waterscape 300 AF with the Paradox skill active. Fight the big flan once, then go back and fight him again. After the second battle this new zone will become active. Enter it to receive a scene and afterward you will receive a Fragment.

Fragment 1 – Proto Fal'cie Adam Fragment – Received upon killing the Proto Fal'cie for the final time as part of the storyline.

Fragment 2 – Idea Circuit – This quest is started in the room in the top left corner of the map on the 50th floor. The item to finish the quest is on the same floor, in the room with Chocolina. It is up near the ceiling. Toss Mog to get it, then return to the computer to turn this quest in and receive your Fragment.

The 2 on the map marks the Paradox item location.

Fragment 3 – Enigma Codex – Receive the quest from the computer in the same room as Fragment 2. The item is on the 49th floor. Travel to the west most part of the map and along the wall you will see a floating box, just in front of the yellowish panels. Throw Mog to obtain it then bring the item back to the computer.

Fragment 4 – Difference Engine – Receive this quest in the same room as Fragments 2 and 3. The item is on the 49th floor. The item is on the right side of the map, but you must look down a long ways to see it. If you stand on the middle ring and toss Mog east towards it you should have a good chance of getting it. Mog must land on it or else he will likely bounce off and miss. The 4 on the map shows where you should stand when throwing Mog.

Fragment 1 – Entropy Board – Received after reaching the top of the tower and fixing the computer system.

Fragment 1 – Transcript : Test Subjects – Return to Augusta Tower 200 Af with the Paradox skill active. You can only get that skill after beating the game. Get to the top and fight with the Fal'cie again with the skill on to open up this new area. Enter it to receive a scene and at the end you will obtain this Fragment.

Fragment 1 – Zenobia Fragment – Received after killing the storyline boss Zenobia in this zone.

Fragment 2 – Academic Rank: Paradox Professor – Complete all the Travel Guide Fragments to receive this one.

Fragment 3 – Travel Guide : New Bodhum – Bring the lady a 100% complete map of New Bodhum to receive this Fragment. The 3 on the map marks her location. You must obtain 100% on all versions of this zone to hand it in.

Fragment 12 – Travel Guide : A Dying World – Bring the lady a 100% complete map of A Dying World to receive this Fragment.

Fragment 13 – Graviton Core Delta - Obtained as part of a story quest. The quest begins in Academia 4XX. Hope will ask you to find the graviton cores. This core is found at the bottom of a red ramp near Chocolina on the left side of the map. Rapidly jump down the ramp to get to the bottom, then use Mog to bring the core in synch.

Fragment 1 – Academic Rank: Monster Professor – You must collect data on every single monster in the game. Once you do this, return to this man to receive your Fragment. The 1 on the map marks his location.

Fragment 2 – Quiz Rank: Private – This Fragment can be obtained by meeting Captain Cryptic and answering his questions. He is located in various spots around town. There are three main areas. At the top of the map near the door leading to Hope, in the bottom left of the map or the bottom right. The 2's on the map mark some of his locations. He is out of synch each time, so you must keep an eye out for him and synch him using Mogs ability.

Fragment 3 – Quiz Rank: Sergeant – Refer to Fragment 2 as the same conditions apply.

Fragment 4 – Quiz Rank:Lietenant - Refer to Fragment 2 as the same conditions apply.

Fragment 5 – Quiz Rank: Colonel - Refer to Fragment 2 as the same conditions apply.

Fragment 6 – Quiz Rank: General - Refer to Fragment 2 as the same conditions apply.

Fragment 7 – Stoic Virtue – Complete the Brain Blast puzzle that is near the door leading to Hope to receive this Fragment. The 7 on the map marks its location.

Fragment 8 – Epicurean Song – This Fragment can be obtained by completing the Brain Blast puzzle on the far right side of the map. The 8 on the map marks its location.

Fragment 9 – Lyceum Knowledge – Go to the most southern Brain Blast puzzle on the left side of the map. Answer all 10 questions to receive this Fragment. The 9 on the map marks its location.

Fragment 10 – Academia Wisdom – This Fragment can be obtained by completing the Brain Blast puzzle on the left of the map, above the Fragment 9 one. The 10 marks its location on the map.

Fragment 11 – Transcript: The Future Is Hope – To obtain this you must beat the game and have the Paradox Scope. Activate it then close this gate. Now enter it and proceed through the dialogue as you normally would. When you hand in the cores to Alyssa she will offer you an Artefact. Say no to trigger a new event that will get you this Fragment.

Fragment 1 – Paradox Scope – Received upon completion of the game.

Fragment 2 – Amethyst and Luvulite Fragment – Receive upon defeating this mini boss through part of the story.

Fragment 1 – Gogmagog Fragment Gamma – Received through part of the story after defeating Gogmagog.

Fragment 2 – Ultima Brand – Found inside the well at the abandoned village. It is a tough throw but get Mog inside it to receive this Fragment. The 2 on the map indicates its location.

Fragment 3 – Omega Brand – Located east of the Time Gate that you use to jump into this zone. It is floating above a small ledge. The 3 on the map indicates its location.

Fragment 4 – Chaos Brand – Found beside the red Chocobo to the east of the optional time gate. The 4 on the map indicates its location.

Fragment 1 – Heir To Chaos – Obtain the Paradox Scope skill and return to Noel's dream state. During his dream state begins make sure to activate the Paradox skill to alter history and when you enter the fight with Caius you will have a new battle. This new fight is much tougher but upon beating him you will open this new area and obtain a Fragment.

Fragment 1 – Twilight Fragment Alpha – After completing Fragment 3, you will obtain this quest. Kill the monster to receive the Fragment. The 1 on the map shows his location.

Fragment 2 – Baxter's Last Light – After entering the zone, take a few steps forward towards the tunnel. On the left will be a man out of synch. Synch him using Mog then speak with him to receive this Fragment. The 2 on the map indicates his location.

Fragment 3 – Ray's Last Light – Obtained by talking to Ray after completing Fragment 1 of Vile Peaks 200 AF. Ray is found on the right side of the map. The 3 marks his location on the map.

Fragment 4 – Sarge's Last Light – After completing Fragment 1, he will spawn a little ways away from the battle area. Follow the path heading left to find him. Talk to him to receive this Fragment. The 4 on the map shows his location.

Fragment 1 – Falcon's Compass – After talking to the Corporal, head back to the time gate and talk with Falcon again. After the conversation you will receive this Fragment.

Fragment 2 – Twilight Fragment Beta – After completing Vile Peaks Fragment 4, travel here, and go fight the boss. Kill him to receive this Fragment. The 2 on the map shows his location.

Fragment 3 – Torreno's Last Light – Upon warping into the zone, take a few steps and Mog will rush over to this guy. Synch him, then speak with him to receive this Fragment. The 3 on the map shows off his location.

Fragment 4 – Falcon's Last Light – Follow the southern path and you will encounter this man. Chase him down, and talk to him again to receive this Fragment. The 4 on the map indicates his location.

Fragment 5 – Thunder's Last Light – Reach the end of the path and talk to the soldier. After the conversation you will receive this Fragment. The 5 on the map is where he is standing.

Fragment 6 – Blitz Squadran Mission Report – After defeating the boss return to the time gate area and talk to the squad. You will receive this Fragment when the scene is done. The 6 on the map shows their location.

Fragment 7 – Words Of Light – After Fragment 6 Mog will sense something. Synch the shadow character and talk to her. Afterward you will receive this Fragment. The 7 indicates her location on the map.

Fragment 8 – Father's Song – After taking out the boss, a short walk down the path and you will see a shadowy figure. Synch him using Mog, talk to him and after the scene you will receive this Fragment. The 8 on the map shows his location.

Fragment 1 – Etro's Sorrow – Received through the story when you talk to Yeul for the first time.

Fragment 2 – Pulse's Resolution – Received through the story after talking to Yeul for the second time.

Fragment 3 – Lindzei's Desire – Received through the story after talking to Yeul for a third time.

Fragment 4 – Mwynn's Tenderness – Received through the story after talking to Yeul for a fourth time.

Fragment 5 – Bhunivelze's Sleep – Received through the story after talking to Yeul for a fifth time.

Fragment 1 – Chaos Crystal – Go to either vendor in the casino and buy this item using casino chips.

Fragment 2 – Setzer's Dice – Speak to any chip vendor in the casino to buy this item using chips.

Fragment 3 – Chocochick Down – Enter the Chocobo Race building and on the left side is a small chick you can examine. Do so to receive this Fragment.

Fragment 4 – Lucky Coin – This Fragment requires you to win a set amount of chips at the casino. The best bet is to use the slot machines. The exact number I can not say. I sat down and won 13k roughly and upon standing up received this Fragment. The number appears to be between 7777 and 10k you must win. I did it in one sitting also so it may or may not be possible to break it up. I suggest attempting it all in one sitting (don't zone out) and make sure you win at least 10k in chips.

Fragment 5 – Priceless Gift – Talk to either vendor in the casino and buy this item using casino chips.
