HOW TO TRANSFER GAME SAVES BETWEEN COMPUTERS WITHOUT USB'S
You may use a program like DROPBOX, the idea is simple so that you may even use your own e-mail address. I prefer DROPBOX, not wanting to fill my e-mails with clutter.

-Navigate to your Documents folder where your save games are kept, C:\Users\Documents.
-Here your save games are kept.
-Select the game saves you want to update, attach them and send an e-mail to your self to retrieve on your other PC.

-Or,

you can install a program that has cloud service like DROPBOX, create a folder inside it [once installed], calling it GAME SAVES loading that full with the game saves you want to update.
-It must be installed on the computers where you want to use it.
-After you have played your most recent session, upload the game saves to the folder to download them from your 'OTHER' PC when you wish to continue.
-Quick reference for dropbox shortcut through your; This PC icon, with simpler elaboration rather than THE dropbox shortcut on your desktop.(this after dropbox latest interface update)

CONVENIENCE :-)

disclaimer:i am not promoting the product DROPBOX only a way to extend cloud saves for gamers.

disclaimer:& other important info :)
HERE IS AN ALTERNATIVE to Dropbox, et al (*& this guide's previously mentioned contents)
CLICK HERE FOR the page for the app; GAMESAVE-MANAGER[www.gamesave-manager.com]

Note that GAMESAVE-MANAGER is a complete alternative to all recommended info above & THAT personally I don't use it, though, YES, it is free & apparently it seeks to help you with the same problem we are trying to solve. So, proposing this as it may help you again with that problem, the Dropbox solution mentioned above is more practically suited for MY needs.
Important choice.

REGARDS.

There was an app called dropboxifier for this purpose to make it easier, though I'm not sure how it works these days.

Protip, create a folder junction into your save game folder pointing to your Dropbox save game folder. This way, whenever you save stuff you don't have to copy them around and worry if you have the latest save in dropbox or not. Windows has been supporting this for a while now.

@Ezio, manually putting the updated save in the folder and it automatically gets uploaded, then manually copying that save from the folder to your new/other/reset pc.

auto upload or manual upload?

I have nothing against Uplay or Origin in principle. Competition is good for the consumer. However if Ubi expects to continue to release AAA games on their own platform then they really need to step up their game if they expect to compete with Valve's 800-pound gorilla.
