Resurrection

Description
Oh, I guess some "Hey look here we present you some mods we found"-Show actually presented Resurrection. Hell yeah, I'm famous!

NPCs like to be stupid. Very stupid. You can often see natural selection at it's finest!
"Nooo, don't run head-first into that dragon you stupid lumberjack! You don't stand a...!" - "Ugh! *dead*"... :(

Worry no more, play god himself!
(Without spending a dime!)

What this mod does
This mod adds a total of 3 ways to resurrect nearly ANYONE!

First is a Scroll of Resurrection, craftable with 100 Gold, 2 Giant's Toes and 5 Wheat at any Forge (yes, forge. Don't ask me how they manage to not burn the paper!). Simple as that, equip the scroll, charge the skill (5 seconds casting time since it's no mere healing but DIVINE POWER) and fire it to any dead target. Though it has to have lived before, so no Draugr or other Undead, Dwarven Automatons or Daedra.

Second is a spell for the exact same thing! It's an Adept-level Restoration spell that costs a mere 100 Magicka (or less).

Third is a bit more divine than the rest. The Spell Tome: Breath of Life teaches you a Expert-Restoration-Spell to resurrect nearly ANYTHING! It's a bit more costy on the Magicka-side, though it's cast way faster than mere Resurrection. Plus, you can even resurrect Draugr or even Dwarven Automatons! Heck, you could resurrect DEAD GODS.. if there were any in Skyrim.

How to get it
The Scroll is craftable at any forge with 100 Gold, 2 Giant's Toes and 5 Wheat in your pockets.

The spell tome for simple Ressurection is found beneath Farengar's bed in Dragonsreach.
The spell tome for Breath of Life is found beneath Colette's bed in the Hall of Countenance at the Mages College in Winterhold.

If you want to try your luck though, all three are put into leveled loot, so Merchants have a chance of selling them and mobs have a chance of dropping them when looted.

Restrictions in Use
No Dragons. You can NOT resurrect dragons. You're no Alduin. These dragons are only skeletons without flesh (or any soul, you monster.)
Everything else can be resurrected, either via Resurrect or Breath of Life.

Tips
You want to level destruction and restoration? Find some aggressive wildlife. Kill it with fire. Resurrect it. Repeat.
Just like Molag Bal.

Dependencies
You should have Skyrim installed. Everything else is optional.
It should NOT conflict with any mods, though I don't know whether there are any mods that could eventually generate some conflicts. As always, use with caution.

For Cheaters
XX001828 is Spell Tome: Resurrect
XX002DBA is Spell Tome: Breath of Life
XX0022EF is Scroll of Resurrection

It would be cool if you could create a version of this that alters the character resurrected, like make them some form of undead (like a lich or vampire, make them essential too unless you recast the spell on them even maybe) but still non-hostile. Just make their skin grayer or something. probably would be way more difficult to implement though.

Don't work anymore. Even use it cheat with Player.AddItem and ID, and only returns the ID don't exist.

I revived a few NPCs I liked that got killed by vampires. Seems permanent too. Thanks!

Best idea ever.
But maybe better to make this scroll somewhere else than the forge? I am tinking imersion..
Maybe crafting in a temple at an altar, doing like a prayer thingy?

uh no, you have to cast the spell on their bodies
if their bodies go to the bodies room, you have to also go to the bodies room to resurrect them

Thank you for this! Perhaps I'm a little twisted in the head, but after the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary was destroyed I boarded the Katariah, killed, resurrected and killed some more until everyone on board was decapitated!

Well you could also just open the console, pres once lmb on a corpse, and write in ressurect while the id is still there... But this is still a very good idea for ps and xbox
