EVERY SEED SEEM TO BE BROKEN! Why creators of Isaac? Why even add a seed system if it breaks each time the game updates with content. Useless...
I cannot be bothered to check every single seed I've put up, but from the few I checked it's all new and different. So should all be. View this as a thing from the past, when it worked...

3. To have the devil deal appear, do not take red heart damage. (after floor 1)

Flaws: The D100 will replace Pyromaniac if unlocked.

3. World War 3

Location: 1st and 2nd treasure rooms.

4. A good start

Location: First floor.
Info: Triple shot with a damage up and flight on the first floor. Inner Eye is adjacent at spawn, while the Small Rock and Fate is located both where the gold chest is.

Info: Get the wafer in the treasure room, then head through the cursed room and pick the red chest that leads you to the devil deal. Choose Judas' Shadow and then kill yourself.

@RD Or you could install any mod, start a run, press Tilde (~) if your keyboard's a QWERTY keyboard, (it may be a different key on other keyboards, most, if not all, keyboards' Debug Console keys are the key directly under the Esc (Escape) key.) then type the following commands, without quotes: "g soy milk" "g libra". Hope these tips help!
