RED PANDA HAS GONE MOBILE
My mods are now available for iPad and Android Tablets/Phablets via the Door Kickers mod menu (See latest Update). You can buy the Door Kickers app for Android[play.google.com] or iPad

MOD DESCRIPTION
Adds 2 new free abilities to the doctrine screen to improve your stealth sneaky sneaky.

Additionally the following actions are silenced or sound reduced for a true stealth entry.

Kiling bad guys
Opening doors
Lock picking
Breaking windows
Ricochets
Cutting Padlocks
Placing explosives

The mod is 6 years old.
An update probably broke it like 5 years ago.
It ain't getting fixed.
Just don't use it.

this mod makes every gun silenced, even the freaking unsuppressed ones pls fix this
I found this out by doing the tutorial with the G17 and made sure my enemies didnt shoot
and then I found out that the enemies were not even alerted and holding their guns despite loud gunshots but the mod makes them 'suppressed'

Really great work, I love this mod. This mod really opened the door for me to make work of my own 'less-lethal' mod Chuck versus the Tangos (based on the spy comedy TV show). And really hope it works with the SWAT4 mods, since it looks to be well suited for that too.

The old workaround didnt help anymore, cause the doctrine.xml does not hold the doctrine points anymore. I reskilled twice to know all the names of the skills and merged the doctrine.xml to have all skills.
