How to get a scratchpad/notepad in the steam browser

More than once, I've wished to be able to do quick calculations/logic analysis/truth tables without having to alt-tab out of the game.

It saves the data you type in. You can reload it by visiting the website again. Very easy to use.

One feature I miss though is black background

You can change the font and colour of the text! Mine is green in comic sans.
