This game was tested, recorded on Windows 10 Pro 64Bit on Gtx 780ti GPU. I've created this tutorial so that most of you will have a higher chances getting Commandos 3 game to work on your PC. 
I've recompiled the codes and created the batch file so that you guys can run the game with ease. This fixes Flickering and the legendary sniper color issue

Note: To run the game from steam library, u must have DXWND app running. Or else you can just run the game from the batch file I've included.

Steps
1) Install Commandos 3 via Steam
2) install WinRAR
3) Download Fix
4) Extract Files to Commandos 3 Directory and replace
5) Edit Commandos3.bat with notepad and change the last line to your Native Desktop Resolution
6) Play!
