Ok so,
Step 1: Go into xcom2 and make some Characters.
Step 2: Add the characters to a new Character pool. (so it only has your characters)
Step 3: Exit the game and navigate to "C:\Users\Hawk\Documents\my games\XCOM2\XComGame\CharacterPool\Importable" (this is mine yours will look different)
Step 4: Make a copy of your Character pool that you are going to upload to a site like Mediafire.
Step 5: Upload it to said site.
Step 6: Give the download like to your friends.
