its really easy to walk outside the map in this pahse. at the lat doge roll to the platform if you doge roll north west to staright up (find the angle by trial and error) you'll reach an inviisble platform that will allow you to walk outside the map. to get back in just follow what this guy did. easier for me to explain.

sometimes if your holding the balloon, the game can teleport you outside the map as well
