You would love this then RELI. You can build with different pieces however you want, add windows or hallways, bulkheads and glass tunnels, observatories, and so on. And then you get to decorate it all to your tastes.

And you can pick and choose where you want to build - in the pretty shallows, or down at 1000 meters deep with glowing mushrooms around.
