It works for me just by turning on 'Foundhud' in the in-game options

Worked for me once I turned on "Foundhud" in options

Doesnt work!! even after changing options.ini

To fix this hud not showing error, go to the "C:\Users\your_user\Documents\My Games\Binding of Isaac Repentance" folder and open the option.ini file and change the FoundHUD value from 0 to 1.

The fix with the FoundHUD value works.
