No Overlays

Beschreibung
Removes all overlays, filters, & tints, from the game. Please let me know if I missed any. Please note does not currently remove the shaders on Ashpit and Utero due to mod API limitations. This is currently being researched.

Some features are unnecessary, but overall very handy for FPS boosting. If, by chance, you are still working on the this, adding mod config support for enabling/disabling specific things would be useful.

Pushed what I have, LMK if I missed anything other than the Ashpit and Utero screen shaders.

This would be for level/stage overlays. UI elements like the giantbook-type items are not included. Not sure it'd help though, they should still have their activation times just you could remove the texture that pops up. Not hard to implement if you really want I should be able to create another mod for it since it doesn't fall in the scope for this one.

Or at least I assume they're shaders since I don't see any other way for them to be incorporated right now. Still digging.
