Full Moon

Description
The full moon surfaces between the clouds, and the CURSE OF THE WOLF PUPPY strikes.

Passive item. Every other room, gain a bonus to damage, tears, range and speed. Stronger than Halo but less reliable.

Available in treasure and curse rooms.

Might be too powerful if your tears stat is already 5 - maybe make a limit to tears, like other stat ups?

Easiest way is to copy one of the existing costumes and edit the graphics. In my case I used Pisces cause it has both body and head sections already.
