For Steam Goldsource games:
gl_vsync 0
fps_max 999
fps_override 1

For Won (Non-Steam) Goldsource games:
gl_vsync 0
fps_max 101
developer 1

The Non-Steam versions has been set to not go over 100 fps. The only way to make it go further is to modify the engine. I'm sorry.

there will likely be some problems with some things in the game once the fps is that high like the ropes in Opposing Force do not work past 144 fps

У меня охранники и ученные сильно тупят из-за отключенной вертикальной синхронизации. Кто нибудь знает решение?/My guards and scientists are very dumb because of the disabled vertical synchronization. Does anyone know a solution?

Idk about this, from my experience I've had plenty of bugs in the steam version with frame rates higher than 100 like the cart in the reactor room or whatever.
