Lazarus starts with Suicide King

ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ
A very simple mod that attempts to make Lazarus a more interesting character. Causes a Suicide King card to spawn on the ground at the start of runs with him. I did this because Lazarus was already about finding opportune moments to kill himself, so this just makes it easier.

He does still spawn with a pill, not sure if I can change that.

I guess that's just a gameplay choice, not like it really matters since achievements are disabled.

I feel most people will just abuse the system and keep restarting until they get a good item. That's what I'm concerned about.

Using it right when you begin is always an option, but you could opt to use it after taking a devil deal or two. Once I've taken enough to be down to one heart container and there are some spirit hearts around I usually kill myself anyway as Lazarus, but maybe that's just my playstyle.

Doesn't this kind of ruin the point of Lazarus? You'll keep restarting runs until you get something good. Lazarus is a good "If you screw up, you roll with it" character. Starting with suicide king just doesn't fit with his playstyle. It would only be optimal later on in a run.
