Description
The Dark Razor is an Active item which when used removes 1 heart container (or 1 bone heart or 1.5 soul/black hearts), gives you a black heart and triggers the black heart damage effect, hurting everything in the room.

Aside from damaging rooms of enemies it can be used to convert empty heart containers and empty bone hearts into black hearts and can trigger effects that react to damage like Dead Bird, or to become invincible for a short time and avoid large amounts of damage.


This is included in POTATO PACK 1.

Looks like a way less intense Plan C with a black heart spawn, but it's purty good
