I thought it would be a good idea to make a mod where everything hurts to look at, I think I did ok.
This is not a mod to play if you enjoy being happy.

Change list:
all grid sprites
all enemy sprites
all effect sprites
all floor sprites
almost all boss sprites
the starting character sprites
almost all the main menu

Things I did not change list:
Delirium
Costumes
Familiars
The nightmares
Any of the animated stuff that isaac drew, like the opening or the credits
Sound or music

I think thats everything.
