Growing marijuana in Weed Shop 2 is a pretty straightforward process: all you need is a light setup, a pot and a seed to get started!




You'll be able to grow various Indica, Sativa and Hybrid strains, however, they will all end up in the same weed pile upon harvest. In other words, you'll be selling just "weed" and not the individual strains.
So what's the point of having multiple strains you ask? Besides bragging rights, each strain has its own specific properties. Some strains grow slowly but produce higher yields, some can be grown in an instant but provide smaller gains and some can be ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ expensive. Higher level strains will also require better pots in order to grow.



A pot is where you plant your Cannabis seeds, duh! Each pot can grow one plant at a time and has three properties:

1. Pot Level - The level of the highest strain that can be grown in this pot. All the pots are backward compatible so you can grow lower level strains in higher level pots but not the other way around.
   
2. Max Uses - Your pots will fall apart once they reach the breaking point. While you can still grow weed in a broken pot, the pot will not hold water well and your plant's yield will be suboptimal.
   
3. Water Required - Your pots can hold a minute's worth (the capacity can be expanded with the use of hydro equipment though) of water. This property defines how many clicks it takes to fill the pot up to its max water capacity.

The grow setup is where you place your pots. Each setup can hold a certain number of pots and comes with its own grow lights. Grow setups with a more advanced lighting system will increase your plants' yields by the percent shown in their store listings.



Use grow supplies to increase your grow room's efficiency, reduce grow times and cure infected plants.

• Nutrients - Using nutrients will magically knock minutes if not hours off your grow times.
  
• Hydro Equipment - Provides a steady water supply to your plants so you don't have to water them every minute.
  
• Killa Spray - Kills all the bacteria and protects your plant from mold and mite infestations.
  
• F-Mites - Got Mites? Use the spray to kill the infestation and save your harvest.
  
• Mold B Gon - Takes care of your mold problem and restores your weed harvest.

A mite or mold outbreak will completely destroy your harvest, therefore, it's always wise to spray your plants down with Killa Spray preemptively. If you don't, there's a 10-20% chance that your plant will get infected at some point.

• Mites - Show up randomly, usually just before your harvest is ready, as if they're trying to p!ss you off on purpose.
  
• Mold - Mold starts forming if you don't harvest your mature plants once they're ready.
