Scarred Heart

Description
This mod adds a new item into the basement!

~SCARRED HEART~

-What does it do? The Scarred Heart decreases you max health to 1 heart at pickup, lets you pickup Red Hearts even if your Red Heart containers are full, by adding another container, (does not break limit) but it lets Heart drops be rarer by rerolling them in something else. Also can drop Pickups at Red Heart pickup.

-Can be found everywhere

Yeah, I am pretty new to Isaacs Modding Community and this is also my first mod and also my first experience will LUA in general.

"appears everywhere" that's extreme. Maybe angel and devil deal, since it would fit both thematicly?

i was thinking of a different item once titled "the heart collector" where upon you could always pick up hearts but they would convert to soul hearts
