As soon as you reach flotsam head to the inn.

Once inside go downstairs.

Find the table where Zindrab sits, if you speak to him he will tell you to beat the two others at the table to play him.

Beat Casimir and Bendeck at poker.

Now you can play Zindrab make a save here and if you run out of money just reload save. This guy never forfeits so it should be easier to get this achievement. Unfortunately this achievement is RNG so it might take you 10 minutes or 3 hours.

Just rolled five-of-a-kind, didn't receive the achievement...

I recommend "EmptyHand" mod from nexus. It triggered the achievement for me right on 1st try, even so I throw 1 cube offboard :D
Some says it's a cheat, but I'd rather call it a decent solution for rng-based requirements of the achievement.

What's fucking bullshit thay made with poker in second game? Fuckin grind, i think that to complete poker quest in second game equals to complete wild hunt with dlc's on death march plus Hard Gwent by time.
