The Sacrifice: Night Edition V2.1 Survival Hotfix

Map 1:
- Updated the map thumbnail for Survival and Scavenge modes

Map 2:
- Updated the map thumbnail for Scavenge mode

Map 3:
- Updated the map thumbnail for Survival and Scavenge modes
- Fixed an issue in which you would respawn in the saferoom after dying in Survival mode

The Sacrifice: Night Edition V2 Final

Map 1:
- Added a new path to the beginning of the map
- Updated NAV to reflect new path changes
- Fixed missing overlays
