Looking at the code of this mod again, it is seriously outdated and bad. With rep i'd prefer to just redo it. Might take a bit longer until i get to it and before repentance support for it arrives but it'll be worth it

I think you just subscribe to it, go into the game, press TAB in the mods menu to turn on mods then press enter to turn this mod on (if it's greyed out it's off) then press ESC and start a game normally.

I love this mod, but why the hell is the damage after 20th wave so crazy? I mean, yeah, challenge and stuff, but it's no fun to lose a quarter of your max hp cap due to unfair contact damage from 3 Monstros jumping on you at once or 3 Dark Ones flying into you in total darkness. Even the wafer can't save me from this garbage, the mod completely ignores wafer in that case.
I'd suggest just capping max damage to 2 full hearts.

Great mod nonetheless.

awesome mod, but it keeps crashing whenever i try to play and a wave starts. Im unsure why, its the only mod i have running besides a item color mod and its really frustrating bc this seems like a lot of fun!

what happens if i use the hardmode boss patterns and harder bosses mod with hardmode on this game? do they just become literaly unkillable?

The game crashes when I press the button in the middle of the room.

I got pretty easyily through first 19 waves until on wave 20 Hush, 2 Gabriels and blue baby showed up.
Hush killed me at the end,when he had 500hp or less.
But mod is pretty fun, until 5 gabriels knock them selfs.

I do just spawn in the normal greed mode with the changed backgroud !
So it does not work for me.Does anyone know how to fix?

Dang... i expected something MORE on wave 20+... is just random bosses

if rep allows new modes, we need to revive this as a NEW mode alongside both normal and greed (and possibly a new rep exclusive mod if they add one)

Awesome mode :) slight problem when a red chest spawns and teleports you to the devil room with no way out :/

is there a reason that everytime i shoot tears, mini tears that spawn pools of blood appear on the floor?

It appears the forgotten is invisible when this mod is active
(I also notice a lot of the rows have repeating items. not sure if it's a bug or not)
