Mods Don't Seem to Load

Whenever I subscribe to a mod, it downloads, but doesn't load in the game. I have subscribed to many small item mods and one overhaul mod, but it is still just normal Afterbirth for me... Am I doing something wrong?

Extremely late you mean.

OP mentioned Afterbirth. That may be the source of the issue.
The workshop is for Afterbirth+ and Repentance only. You can't use any worksop mod on Rebirth or Afterbirth.
