I think that the Nyakuza DLC already does that. One of the cats sells a hat that is Glasses and a Beret. And it is for the Forest Dweller Mask.

I would love to see the unused rocket jump badge. The description says hold down jump after a double jump to rocket into the air. So it could kinda be like a big jump.

Imagine a playable Empress, complete with (maybe not insta-kill) claw attack and bazooka.

A Prinny (from Disgaea) Hat Flair for the Magic Hat. Based on Fuka's hat, it would replace the potions with bombs.

Time Rewind Hat:
Behaves like Ekko’s ult from League of Legends. Teleport to wherever you were 5 seconds ago and create a huge explosion, damaging all enemies near you. Cooldown is as long as Time Stop Hat. (Bonus- YouTube Rewind Hat Flair)

Auto Mirror Badge:
Automatically equip and unequip mirror badge every 30 seconds to mess with the player’s mind.

A weapon, which is Suzie's Axe, from Deltarune.

A Dweller mask flair, which is a Plague Doctor's mask

Roombomb Hat - Allows you to throw out explosive Roombas that go in a straight line and ride up walls, like Bombchus from Legend of Zelda.
