Hi i need to someone create a map which is a edited version of the famous “downtown” map with a huge house bigger enough to me and my gmod model group;

So since my gmod group is the type that is large; we need a bigger and better place to live; so I want to someone create a version of downtown based on those maps:

And our house needs to bigger and better enough to support everyone including me, and needs to have the design based on those houses like mashed up like a single complex/manor which are a headquarters at same time:

And our residence needs to have a swimming pool, a bit medium garden with a big greenhouse, a big bunker for us, a attic, a cellar, a party room with a dj area with disco ball, and a medium garage.
