I noticed a lot of mods that are about enemies usually do something different with them. Empress, Mafia Goon, and Mustache Girl became playable. Mafia Boss got a 3D variant and levels about him. DJ Grooves and the Conductor are quite commonplace in level mods. Snatcher can literally become your scooter.

Why does the Outhouse boss not get anything other than a higher difficulty? Surely something else could be done with it?
