Returning player's modding questions
As a returning player who wishes to mod, I need to refresh my memories about how to mod.

1. Do you need to start game without mods and create an actual save file or can you just start game without mods, close game and load mods, then restart with mods?

2. What are some basic tools you need besides SKSE, LOOT, and mod manager? Also, basic mod recommendations (such as SkyUI, etc.)

3. Does Skyrim and Skyrim: Special Edition use different mods or can they be shared? Also, when I launched Skyrim: Special Edition, a bunch of Creations (mods) were automatically downloaded, would these affect any future mods I use and can I choose not to automatically download from Creations?
