first, you need to go to your mod folder, and create a folder called "Localization"
then you go to Steam > steamapps > common > HatinTime > HatinTimeGame > Localization
there will be a lot of folders inside of it, if you want to change the english (original) text, copy the folder called INT (for international) and paste inside the folder "Localization" of your mod's folder
inside of it, there will be some .int (or .chn, .deu, doesn't matter) files, don't worry! you only need to open them with the notepad (dialogues will be inside the "sequences" folder)
now you can change the game text! :]
(by the way, english is not my first language too, so maybe there are some english mistakes!)
It talks about it in a broader sense but it applies similarly to translating game's text too, in that case you just copy the entire localization folder of "INT" inside a Localization folder in your mod folder.
