Adds more paint colors. Yellow, Cyan, Magenta, Orange, Purple, Maroon, Olive, Brown.

Paint is otherwise identical to vanilla paint. It can spawn in certain submarine cabinets, it can be bought and sold from merchants, it can be fabricated and deconstructed, it can be thrown, or placed in a Sprayer.

This mod overrides the vanilla Sprayer, but should otherwise be compatible with all other mods, this mod doesn't touch tools.xml.
