Spawn the Player at Center of the Map

Description
This mod made it so the player will be spawned as close to the center of the map as possible. Overwrites lua/missions/mission_base.lua.

Seems DLC3 broke this mod. Game crashes before you spawn in with only this mod on

You are a god among men! Do you know how many times I've restarted maps trying to get a good spawn!? This is a godsend as I didn't realize the spawn point could be changed! Thank you for this amazing mod! Game changer!
