Anyone who modifies, re uploads or makes any changes to the mod files without permission from the developers will be subjected to Steam copyright policy, and Steam Subscriber Agreement. Which will result in Copyright Infringement report to Valve.

the guns are very untrue to the real game hell let loose with the guns being way more uncontrollable than what is depicted in hell let loose

Unfortunately no. This mod doesn't have spawn tables. All items have to be spawned in.
