Must be some mod although I have no idea which. It just wont let me open the window which lets you add attribute filters. If I make new outfit or there are outfits with preset attributes I can change the bar only but when I want to choose my own, this appears in console. Tried with new game did not work. Any idea ?

Edit: Tried to put the mod at the end as well as the beginning of the mod order and started new game. Still the same error. I have added some mods since this started but I cannot figure out which one that would be as it was mods that add stuff into game like weapons etc.

Tried the same. Removed the mods I added recently, moved teh Outfitted to the start of mod order, made new game, error. Moved it to the end of mod order, started new game, error.
