Wear item X if aviable, regardless of stats
I want my dumdums to wear "medic bag" (from a mod) that does not have any stats.

How do i do that?

Those bags "wear out" with use quite fast. I was hoping to automate the equipping and swapping a new, less worn one in

Well, if you want it really bad. Add a custom Stat that does nothing to it. Outfitted will detect it and you will be able to prioritize it.

Hmm... How hard would it be to add "static" +1 to med skill and would that work?

Very easy with some xml patching. It alters stats though, not levels.
