"PostRender" failed: ... Saac Rebirth/mods/enhanced bossbars_2635267643/main. lua:241: attempt to index a nil value (field 'Config')
looks like you edited the config manually and broke the file syntax. therefore, the mod cant load the config anymore and throws an error

Try uninstall the whole game and redownload, it will work correctly
