you could also have the damage dealt by the stomp be equal to dmg * tears, so that both stats are useful for stomping
and tear effects should be able to proc on the stomp if they don't already

A pocket active item that serves to depetrify her and she can act as a normal character in the room for a short period of time, as a reverse effect of the inverted Chariot card, this would also help explain why she can have red hearts.
