Dear Gremlins,
This is a legal contract between you and Yukitama Creative Industries LRM Lts. (“the Developer”) regarding the Gremlins, Inc. game (“the Game”). You will be bound by this contract if you install or use the Game. If you don’t agree, you (sadly) cannot install or use the Game. For FAIR PLAY RULES, please scroll below.
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to install and use the Game on your own computer, only for your own personal purposes. The Developer retains all other rights in connection with the Game and all intellectual property in it.
The Developer may collect anonymous metrics regarding your use of the Game, including how long and how often you play the Game. The Developer uses reasonable efforts to make this information anonymous (in other words, the Developer does its best to exclude information that identifies you personally).
The Game is licensed “as is”. The Developer makes no representations, warranties or guarantees whatsoever about the Game. You install and use the Game completely at your own risk. The Developer will not be liable to you for any indirect, consequential or special damages whatsoever in connection with the Game. The Developer's only potential liability to you will be for direct damages caused by the Game, and only to a maximum of EUR 66.66.
This agreement is governed exclusively by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. The courts of Vilnius, Lithuania have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes regarding this agreement or the Game.
Furthermore, the present EULA is supplemented by the Fair Play Rules available online here. The Fair Play Rules will be updated from time to time and form an integral part of the EULA. Accepting this EULA means accepting the current version of the Fair Play Rules just as well.
