PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE CONTINUING WITH THIS PROGRAM INSTALL: Atlant Games LLC ("Us", "We", or "Our"), licenses this software program ("Reign of Guilds") to you only upon the condition that you accept all of the terms contained in this agreement.

1. Acceptance
BY CLICKING THE "ACCEPT" BUTTON BELOW OR INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING REIGN OF GUILDS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, CLICK THE "CANCEL" BUTTON AND DO NOT INSTALL, COPY, OR USE THE SOFTWARE.

2. Grant of License
Subject to your agreement and continuing compliance with the terms of this EULA, Atlant Games LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable limited license to:

• Download, install, and use Reign of Guilds on your personal computer solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes;
  
• Access and use the online multiplayer services provided by Atlant Games LLC solely in connection with Reign of Guilds.

3. License Restrictions
You agree not to:

• Use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods or any other unauthorized third-party software designed to modify the Reign of Guilds experience;
  
• Exploit bugs or glitches in Reign of Guilds to gain a competitive advantage;
  
• Engage in any behavior that is abusive, disruptive, offensive or violates the norms of expected behavior in gaming communities. This includes, but is not limited to, harassment, use of abusive or offensive language, game abandonment, game sabotage, and offensive naming of characters;
  
• Sell, buy, trade or otherwise transfer your in-game account or any in-game items for real-world money or exchange services;
  
• Use Reign of Guilds for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to hosting the game on commercial servers.

4. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to Reign of Guilds, and all content included therein (including, but not limited to, accounts, computer code, themes, objects, characters, character names, stories, dialogue, catch phrases, locations, concepts, artwork, animations, sounds, musical compositions, audio-visual effects, and methods of operation) are owned by Atlant Games LLC or its licensors. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading Reign of Guilds or by accessing any of the online services.

5. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated by either party. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from Atlant Games LLC if you fail to comply with any aspect of this license. Upon termination, you must cease all use of Reign of Guilds and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the software.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Reign of Guilds is provided "as is" and Atlant Games and LLC its suppliers disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of Reign of Guilds is with you.

7. Limitation of Liability
In no event will Atlant Games LLC be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use Reign of Guilds, even if Atlant Games LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of Armenia, without reference to its choice of law rules.

9. Modifications to EULA
Atlant Games LLC reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time and such amendment shall be effective upon posting on our website and updating the software with the amended EULA.
