If you discover a serious bug, exploit or security hole that could be used to gain an unfair advantage you should report it via the support system immediately without commmunicating it to other players. In most cases we will grant a reward to any user that helps us to find and patch these bugs.
OUT OF GAME TRADING
You may not trade items, currency, characters or accounts in Dead Frontier 2 for anything outside of the game. This includes, but is not limited to: real world currency, DF1 items/currency, crypto currency, items or currency in other games, gold, silver, pirate treasure or your old comics. The only legitimate way to trade real world currency for Dead Frontier 2 items and currency is via the in-game shop.
SECURITY
You are totally responsible for the security of your account and it's contents. Creaky Corpse Ltd is under no obligation to compensate you for lost accounts, characters, virtual items or virtual currency in the event that your account is stolen.
USER CREATED CONTENT
By submitting content (written or otherwise) to the Dead Frontier 2 website or game servers, you are granting Creaky Corpse Ltd an unlimited license to reproduce these works on any area of the game or website.
PRIVACY & PERSONAL DATA
Creaky Corpse Ltd collects and stores the minimum amount of personal data required to operate this online game; namely your email address, ip address, and internal user identifier. Creaky Corpse Ltd warrants that it has a "legitimate interest" in collecting and storing this data as otherwise it would be impossible to provide this service at all. All personal data of this nature is kept encrypted in a secure environment. Creaky Corpse Ltd will never share your data with a 3rd party unless necessary in order to effectively operate the game, or to comply with the law.
