End User License Agreement (EULA)

By installing, accessing, or using the Game through the Steam platform, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install, access, or use the Game ("GibblePETS").

You must not:
use, copy, transfer, distribute modify, adapt, merge, translate, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Application or part of it except as expressly permitted by this Licence;
remove, modify, or tamper with any copyright, trademark or other notice;
use the Application for any illegal, unlawful or immoral purposes.



This License will end automatically if you breach any of the terms.
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate immediately and automatically without any notice from the Company if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies of the Game in your possession or control.
We may update or modify the Game and this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Game after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Game and uninstall it.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developer be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in any way related to your use of or inability to use the Game.

Accept these terms to install and use this Application. If you do not accept them terms you may not continue with the installation and you must not install, use or run this software on this or any other computer.
