Details of the complimentary Looker Studio Pro licenses for Looker customers offer.
- You are eligible to receive one complimentary Looker Studio Pro license for each Looker User license in your Looker instance.
- Use of Looker Studio Pro (even when connected to Looker) is subject to the agreement under which you use Google Cloud Platform, not your Looker agreement.
- For each User license in your Looker instance that expires or terminates, you will lose eligibility for one complimentary Looker Studio Pro license, unless otherwise indicated by Google in writing.
- If at any time you are using more Looker Studio Pro licenses than the number of complimentary Looker User licenses for which you are eligible, you will be charged the then-current subscription list price for such use, unless agreed otherwise by the parties in writing.
- You may not transfer your complimentary Looker Studio Pro licenses outside of your organization.
- Customer-hosted and Powered by Looker (PBL) User licenses are not eligible for complimentary Looker Studio Pro licenses.
- We may change this offer or cancel some or all of your complimentary Looker Studio Pro licenses at any time upon 30 days notice.
