Who do we notify when a deal closes/how do we pay the success fee?

We’d greatly appreciate if you can let us know when a deal closes as it happens so we can keep our records up to date; that said we understand (particularly if you’re a high volume buyer) if that’s a lot to keep up with, so we check in with our partners monthly on any “open” deals we have in our system. We can either bill individually for each deal or send one invoice each month with a list. We strongly prefer electronic payments for these and, via Stripe, we can set up a card that we can just charge. (We can also bill it to the account on file if you’re already signed up for our full reports/badges subscription.)
