Chouhei's special lunch is Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl), made with charcoal-grilled free-range chicken! The soft eggs and free-range chicken are irresistible! The rice is Shimane rice Koshihikari made by Aruji!

We serve you with top quality ingredients such as famous local chickens from all over the country (Akita Hinai chicken, Nagoya Cochin chicken, Aomori Shamolok), brand chickens, Kuroge Wagyu beef, Kenb
...oro pork, etc. We also have a menu that takes full advantage of the flavors of the ingredients. We also offer seasonal Grilled skewer such as spring bamboo shoots and new onions, summer fava beans, and autumn ginkgo nuts. For the sweetfish available only in the summer, we use only wild sweetfish caught by the manager himself. The lunch menu only has two carefully selected Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl)! We use carefully selected chickens and eggs from contracted farmers. Then, we use Aomori Shamorock's chicken stock and make it with a secret dashi stock. The rice used is Shimane Koshihikari, which is made by the store manager himself in Hamada City, Shimane Prefecture. Please enjoy our new specialties made with the best ingredients.
