The film has released in other languages this weekend but the collections are not much as it has been affected by local releases like The Kerala Story in North.

The film will cross the 85cr gross mark tomorrow and it is likely that it continues its run for the entire May as there are no notable releases except for Custody which is coming next week.

The new releases last Friday Rama Banam, and Ugram have both opened to low numbers. On the opening day, Rama Banam has better numbers with a gross of 2.5 Cr as the release is wider, the genre being ad advantage, and Ugram at 1.5 Cr gross.Collections from day 2 are almost similar for both films with Rama Banam showing a drop and Ugram being flat with little growth in plexes.

Rama Banam is a huge disaster with less than 20 percent recovery whereas Ugram has some chances to end up as a below-average venture if it can hold from Monday.

On the other hand, Ponniyin Selvan 2, the magnum opus directed by Mani Ratnam was released in theaters a few days ago and is still amusing audiences. The makers took to their social media handle to officially announce the news that the movie has collected a massive Rs.300 crores gross worldwide in 10 days.
