📢 Blood Donation at BECIS - Commercial Industrial Solutions Office in Surabaya: Supporting Health & Education Goals! 🌏💉 We’re proud to share the success of our recent Blood Donation Event at Spazio Building – BECIS Office, Surabaya in collaboration with the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI). Out of the 178 registered participants, 150 were eligible to donate blood after health screenings. The life-saving blood will make a world of difference to patients in need. This emphasizes the impact of the donation in a heartfelt and uplifting way. This initiative is part of our commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): 🔴SDG 4: Quality Education This event also served as an opportunity to educate our teams and communities about the importance of blood donation, not only for those who need blood but also for blood donors. We raised awareness of health practices and encouraged lifelong learning about personal health and well-being. 🔴SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being By contributing to the local blood supply, we’re ensuring that those in need of blood can receive it when they need it most. Together, we’re helping to build a healthier, more resilient community. Braun Group, Medical Industries (BMI), marked by the launch of BMI’s first integrated solar system installation at their Asia Pacific headquarters in Penang. This project will deliver an impressive capacity of 5.415 MWp, reinforcing BMI's commitment to sustainable energy solutions. Through this partnership, BECIS has provided advanced solar technologies and energy services to help BMI optimize energy efficiency and reduce its carbon footprint. The achievement was marked by a signing ceremony, with BMI represented by Mr. Christian Kapischke, Senior Vice President, Operations and Head of CoE IV Access, and Mr. Elmar Friesnegger, Vice President, Central Functions Plant Operations. Representing BECIS were Mr. Eren Ergin, Chief Executive Officer, and Mr. Arnaud DAUVILLIER, Senior Managing Director (Thailand, Malaysia) & Senior Group Head of Commercial Operations. On September 26th, BECIS - Commercial Industrial Solutions Thailand organized a CSR activity at the Raksamae Bridge in Rayong Province. The event featured various engaging activities, such as releasing mud crabs to promote breeding and maintain ecological balance. We also created “fishing net homes” using easily accessible materials, which helps support the local ecosystem. Additionally, we learned about sustainable oyster farming by attaching oysters and creating substrates using a mixture of cement and sand, allowing the oysters to grow healthily. This experience provided a valuable opportunity for us at BECIS team to learn and contribute to positive changes in the community. 🌟 Safety Culture and Quality Management Training in Malaysia 🌟   📅 19th September 2024, Kuala Lumpur   We are thrilled to conclude our 2024 Group Training Journey in Malaysia after successfully conducting sessions across eight countries. 🌍 This training was designed to strengthen our Safety Culture and Quality Management System (QMS) at BECIS - Commercial Industrial Solutions Malaysia.
