Rhythm Charoenkrung Pavillion, Bangkok Architecture by Openbox Architects Development by AP Thailand With the advantages of locating in the Charoenkrung district and the spectacular view of the Chao Praya River, the project aimed to create a 'Better City Life' for the residents. The master layout was designed with the integration of lush green space and spacious facility area, while the building itself remained simple yet stunning through the use of rhythmic modern classical patterns. The concept of 'Gated Community' was introduced to promote the safety and privacy of residents, especially families whose children study at the International school opposite the site. . Multirise : Haikou LUXELAND Villa, China . LuxeIsland aims to create distinctive high-end houses in Hainan, utilizing regional conditions like the breeze and ocean. The design philosophy emphasizes the relationship between indoor and outdoor spaces, ensuring individuality within a community-wide cluster. Inspired by the 'Bird Nest,' homes transition from nest-like simplicity to modern box structures with visual illusions of separation. Black and white colors symbolize simplicity and enhance the surroundings, while aluminum cladding panels, transformed into unique residential features, define the cluster's identity. CHELONA Khao Tao, Hua Hin (2013) Landscape by Openbox Architects Co.,Ltd. . The site exhibits a typical beachfront formation, characterized by a narrow frontage facing the beach and an elongated strip extending over ten times its width to connect to the access road. Initially, the site was predominantly covered in sand, with approximately one third of the land occupied by fully grown indigenous trees. These trees, resilient against the coastal winds over time, have acquired a sculptural quality. Given the elongated layout of the site with a narrow aspect facing the beach, only a select few units enjoy direct sea views. The remainder rely on a diverse array of meticulously crafted landscapes to serve as their focal points. Despite employing a limited palette comprising primarily white to light-colored hardscapes, water features, and natural plant hues, a rich variety of experiences can be cultivated through nuanced manipulation of direction, lines, curves, and elevation.
