The official announcement of its beverage joint venture took place on March 5, 2018 and has marked a new chapter for Pepsi-Cola brand in Thailand and will create more excitement for Thailand’s liquid refreshment beverage (LRB) industry. The alliance is intended to combine the strengths of both global powerhouses, with an ultimate goal of achieving the No.1 leadership position in Thailand’s 50-billion valued carbonated soft drinks (CSDs) category and creating new growth opportunities by expanding its beverage portfolio to meet consumer demands, ranging from hydration to sports drinks, ready-to-drink teas and coffees, bottled water, and juices to a variety of innovations in the future.

💧🌍 World Water Day 2025! On March 22nd, the United Nations spotlights "Glacier Preservation" as the global theme of 2025. This theme emphasizes the critical need to combat the rapid melting of glaciers caused by global warming, which endangers ecosystems and poses serious risks to our planet's long-term water security. At Suntory PepsiCo Thailand, we are committed to promoting sustainable water management and raising awareness about the importance of water resources and the environment among the youth through the "Mizuiku" program since 2019. On World Water Day, our program mascot, "Mizu" (which means water in Japanese), encourages everyone to "Save Water, Save the World" by adopting simple saving water actions in daily lives and avoiding waste disposal that pollutes water sources. Suntory PepsiCo Beverage (Thailand) led by Wipawan Tasanapreechachai, Head of Corporate Affairs, and PepsiCo Services Asia Co., Ltd., represented by Surivassa S. Sattarujawong, Corporate Affairs Director, PepsiCo - ICF Thailand & Indochina, donated 55 PET bottle collection bins used at the 14th Pepsi Presents Big Mountain Music Festival to the Khao Yai Tourism Association. The bins were received by Ms. Panchana Vatanasathien, President of the Khao Yai Tourism Association, to promote the segregation and collection of used PET plastic bottles for recycling into new bottles or called “Bottle-to-Bottle Recycling” in the Khao Yai area. Moreover, the companies provided essential field equipment to Khao Yai National Park—including mosquito net hammocks, flysheets, and field gas stoves as well as rices and Suntory PepsiCo Thailand’s products—valued at over 110,000 baht. The donated items were received by Mr. Chaiya Huaihongthong, Khao Yai National Park Chief, to support the national park officials’ efforts in preserving the natural resources of this World Heritage Site and ASEAN Heritage Park. This donation extends the impact of the “Waste Nothing” campaign, an entire waste management implemented for the second consecutive year at Thailand’s largest music festival, the 14th Pepsi Presents Big Mountain Music Festival, in December 2024. The funding for essential field equipment donation originated from selling recyclable wastes collected and segregated during the music festival. This included PET bottles, aluminum cans, glass bottles, and cardboard, with total 11,150 kilograms of waste segregated at the event - more than double the number of segregated wastes at the 13th Pepsi Presents Big Mountain Music Festival in 2023. #SuntoryPepsiCoThailand #WasteNothing #BottletoBottleRecycling #PackagingSustainability #GrowingforGood

Suntory PepsiCo Beverage (Thailand) held its “6th Good People & Water” activity in late 2024. The event brought together volunteer employees, representatives from local agencies—including the Kaeng Krachan Watershed Management Unit, the Hup Kapong Watershed Management Unit, and the Hup Kapong Forest Fire Control Station—and members of local community to support watershed forest conservation in Phetchaburi Province. This initiative reflects the company’s commitment to turning its core values of “Growing for Good” and “Giving Back to Society” into practice by implementing three key activities: 1. Planting 8,000 vetiver grass and 1,000 rattans at the Kaeng Krachan Dam to prevent soil erosion, preserves the topsoil, and supports the ecosystem of the water source. 2. Building wooden check dams to slow water flow, minimize soil erosion, trap sediment in the water stream, help retaining soil moisture and enhance forest fertility. This initiative also supports biodiversity by creating a more sustainable environment for wildlife and aquatic species, ensuring they have essential water resources for survival and growth. 3. Restoring the water pipe system of the Wet Forest Project at Wat Rai Mamuang Praratchadumrat (Wat Pa Don Khun Huai), to ensure full functionality. The wet forest concept maximizes water resources by creating a wet fire break. Water is pumped to a mountain reservoir and gradually releasing it to maintain consistent forest moisture levels. This process creates a “wet forest” that effectively prevents forest fires. Suntory PepsiCo Thailand has launched the “Good People & Water” initiative since 2019, focusing on restoring and conserving watershed forests including vital water sources across various provinces in Thailand.
