Account Executive (Online Commerce, The Lemonshot)

Key Responsibilities

• Understand insights related to brands, consumers, and market
• Develop and implement effective Creator sales strategies to ensure amount of lead, number of revenue, and profitability growth
• Explore opportunities for either sales as usual or business collaboration to generate revenue
• Manage day-to-day work to ensure project continuity
• Develop positive relationship with clients in order to maintain and extend revenue
• Manage client’s expectation along the project to ensure that all stakeholders are on the same page and be able to achieve the goal and satisfaction
• Manage project timeline and resources as plan - Allocate and control budget of the project as well as manage quotation, invoices, contracts, and document works
• Consolidate reports to complete the project
• Aware of any risk that might affect project continuity
• Be the P&L guardian for Creator Sales to deliver business results sustainably
• Monitor and optimize performance to ensure sustainable business growth
• Manage monthly and daily planning/operation of the team

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communications, or related fields
• 2 - 5 Years of work experiences in sales environment
• Experience in advertising agency, media agency or marketing, digital marketing, marketing communication is a plus
• Experience in influencer campaign and social media is a plus
• Experience in client-facing role within advertising company is a plus
• Understanding of branding, communication, and digital marketing tools, especially in social media landscape
• Strong presentation skill
• Problem solving and analytical thinking skills
• Negotiation, communication, and prioritization skills
• Good command in English and Fluent in Thai - Understanding of agency/creative/production/media processes is a plus
