Position Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to oversee and strengthen relationships with our existing clients while also driving business growth by acquiring new customers. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner, ensuring client satisfaction and retention while identifying opportunities to expand the company's client base.
Your main responsibilities will include
Account Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key corporate clients
Act as the primary point of contact for existing accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty
Understand client needs and develop tailored music solutions to meet their requirement
Monitor client account performance and provide regular updates to internal team
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio
Generate leads, schedule meetings, and present the company's music streaming service to potential customers
Develop strategies to approach and secure new clients while maintaining a balance between existing client servicing
Sales and Revenue Growth:
Achieve sales targets and revenue goals through upselling, cross-selling, and securing new accounts
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams (e.g., operations, music designer and support team) to ensure seamless delivery of music streaming services to clients
Provide feedback from clients to improve offerings and service delivery
Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and business development progress
Prepare regular reports on account performance, client satisfaction, and new business pipelines
Requirements
For this role, we are looking for the following attributes and experience:
Proven sales executive experience in a related field, meeting or exceeding set out targets
Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
Proven ability to independently drive the sales process from prospecting to contract signing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Thai is a plus
Client-focused with strong relationship-building abilities
Sales-driven and target-oriented both of hospitality and retails market
Self-motivated and proactive in identifying new opportunities
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in a B2B environment
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (OneDrive, Google Drive, Slack, Membrain)
